The  process starts with a powerful question determined by a client’s decision maker to meet his/her objectives.

Some examples of questions we have answered:

What are the drivers of performance inside my company? What about the sales force?

What are the best candidates to hire? Is it possible to measure the fit with the company’s culture?

What can I do to maximize employees’ learning efforts? Is it possible to have a personalized path?

Once the question is clear and we have consensus about what is the goal for the project we start the “Exploration” phase.
