We strongly believe in the work of Daniel Kahneman, 2002 Nobel Prize in Economic Science; his theories guide us in the comprehension of human behaviors and in the design of new tools to support organizations on people decisions.

The system 1 and 2 theory permits us to understand how many times we risk to be blinded in a sort of “cognitive illusion” in the perception of the reality and then to take at least sub-optimal decisions. Even the more expert people are exposed to heuristics and bias. The use of a people decision support system is a way to reduce the number of errors and improve the quality of decisions.
