Exploration

Brain  facts  give  the framework for data. The MGMTLAB.eu team evaluates all possible sources to get useful data to answer the original question. Investigation

Data  is   analyzed  using people analytics. Facts are analyzed to identify new knowledge and to report key variables emerged in the exploration phase. The research follows an iterative methodology that allows each round of analysis to be able to refine data and extract managerial insights valuable to develop a tool. Now it's time for "Dissemination".

Then is time for "Evaluation", the last phase of our methodology.
